BayWAtch Training School

The elite lifeguards of india's eastern coastline begin their training early. And early does not mean early in the morning (Wink !) . 5 miles of swimming 6 miles of running on sand and 150 pushups ! "Drop n Push !..Drop n Push .. " the Intructor bellows !
Once indoctrination is done, the sermons start..

"Thou shalt breathe sea water !
Thou shalt eat sea water !
Thou shalt sleep in sea water !
Thou shalt eat sand !
Thou shalt wear sand and nothing but sand !
Thou shalt worship C.J Parker and David Hasselhoff ! "
